Rain, rain, rain
Today was actually the first really rainy day of the season ( In Limon center that is) because in Caribe sur things are just as sunny as yesterday. Thats OK! all of you who will make it here this week will be, am sure part of the same bunch, who will make this next elections as sunny as they should be. We never get confused do we? We never get cought in the wrong stream, Do we? The ones that care there, care here and care anywhere. The disguise doesn't come off unless is a rental :)
7 days to go. 7 days to see what really USA ia all about. After that what ever happens was in the hands of a few to decide the course history will take....

But in Playa Chiquita today is sunny and for folks down here it is all that it matters ;)

Primer dia Blogeando

Buenos Dias!

About time! yes as if I had nothing better to do right! Now you can understand why the word "multitasking" was necessary.
Tending the four businesses, three children and the various community activities was not enough. I had to move to Limon center to make my life easier;-) The kids are attending school in Limon so naturally getting a house here made better sence, than letting them comute for more than 2 hours daily, getting up at 4am and returning home at 5pm with just enough time to eat and sleep. But than, the cleaning and house keeping reality subject suddenly pop right in my face. My God! I never knew that my kids change sometime more than four alfits a day! or that we make four bags of garbage daily and that kids need soooo much money to go out everyday. Any way now that is water under the bridge.
Today three months later!
I have moved to bigger and better. Just finish painting and redecorating our new office in Limon center.
Caribbean Experince Real Estate and Investment
. located across from Parque Vargas in a Colonial building. I know right! Great.

Just a few downfalls, I had to repaint the walls to a simple white, for they were painted a dirty off white resembling a three day old leftover chowder. and it smell like it too! combine with a dark cheap burgandy color, all specifally chosen by the Ministerio de Cultura specialist on Patrimonial Buildings and are very "peticular" in making sure the colors are authentic to the time period! I scraped it down in my hands and knees and now is looking cute:)
We got sweet neighbors though! They keep all their garbage piled up in a corner next to the dripping water from their air conditioner ( which they have solved by putting an old rug to hold the water, and it probably did five month ago when they first lay it on the ground! But now it is just a dirty old soggy old rug drenched in water and fussing its smell with the rest of strong aromas from their garbage bags. As a problem solver I made no ugly face to it at all. I simply decorated the veranda overlooking the Parque Vargas ( picture) with a nice selection of trees, shrubs and plants from Cacao Trails. Our neighbor did not take this boundaries to well. He prefers unswerving his cell phone right in front of my door while staring blankly inside our office with a smile, a blank smile on his face! Any way, nothing that my Erika Badu collection could not solved!;-)
Since, I got a small infection on my elbow now, so it is taking a bit longer to get the job fully done!
A small version of "our soon to come" sign got laminated and went up yesterday. So, now I am formally a part of the Port city of Limon.
